It’s always special seeing a home come together.
We recently visited our friend’s new space, taking inspiration from some of his favourite visits — Frank Lloyd Wright’s Hollyhock House, Mies van der Rohe’s Farnsworth House, and LA’s mid-century icons like the Stahl House and Neutra VDL House.
Traces of these influences can be seen in the layering of texture and material. Each room carries its own rhythm, defined by depth, colour and detail.
The house is still in progress, but already feels grounded, with iconic pieces placed thoughtfully and appreciated in everyday life.
