Shipping Policy

Malaysia

  • Free shipping for orders RM300 and above.

  • A flat shipping fee of RM10 applies for orders below RM300.

  • Additional charges may apply for bulky or oversized items.

Singapore & Thailand

  • Flat shipping fee: RM50.

  • Bulky or oversized items may incur additional charges — we will contact you before processing the shipment.

Hong Kong

  • Flat shipping fee: RM100.

  • Additional charges may apply for bulky or oversized items.

Customs & Duties

  • Local customs fees, taxes, or import duties are not included in our shipping fees.

  • These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by your local customs authority upon arrival.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 working days.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

  • Malaysia: 2–5 working days

  • Singapore & Thailand: 5–10 working days

  • Hong Kong: 7–14 working days

(Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and courier operations.)

Bulky Items

Some large, heavy, or fragile items require special handling. Shipping fees for these items will be quoted separately, and we’ll reach out before fulfillment.
