From early experiments with raku and wood ash glazes to continued exploration of white porcelain and clay bodies, 耿道锦’s practice is rooted in uncovering the inherent qualities of ceramic materials. His works are formed primarily through single-piece wheel throwing, guided by restraint, balance, and the natural tactility of clay.
